The Labsphere Muffle Furnace GMP Model is a high-performance laboratory furnace designed for lightweight and fast heating applications. It is ideal for processes such as ashing, fusion, ignition, and heat treatment of small parts in chemical laboratories, industrial fields, and educational institutions.

The unit is constructed using high-quality Stainless Steel 304 (matt finish) for both outer and inner body, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. It provides uniform heat distribution on all four sides through Kanthal wire heating elements, ensuring consistent and accurate heating performance.

The furnace operates at a maximum temperature of 1050°C with a working temperature of 1000°C, making it suitable for a wide range of laboratory applications. It is controlled by a digital temperature controller with indicator, allowing precise temperature monitoring and control.

The heating system uses high-grade Kanthal wire mounted on the muffle, ensuring efficient and stable heating. For safety, the unit is equipped with solid-state thermocouple fuse protection to safeguard against overheating.

The control panel is mounted on the top, fitted with indicating lamps and switches for easy operation. The unit operates on 230V AC power supply, making it suitable for standard laboratory environments.
