Labsphere Laboratory Oven (Memmert Type)

The Labsphere Laboratory Oven (Memmert Type) is engineered for accurate and uniform heating in laboratory environments. It features a double-walled construction that ensures efficient insulation and reduced heat loss.

The inner chamber is made of stainless steel (S.S.), while the outer chamber is constructed from mild steel with powder coating, providing durability and corrosion resistance. Glass wool insulation is provided between the walls to improve thermal efficiency.

The heating system uses high-grade nichrome wire heating elements, delivering fast and uniform heating performance. The oven operates within a temperature range of 50°C to 250°C (working up to 225°C) with an accuracy of ±0.5°C.

Temperature is controlled by a PID microprocessor controller with dual display, ensuring precise monitoring and stability. The unit is equipped with a motorized air blower, which ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber.

The heaters are placed on the right and left sides (Memmert type) to provide even heating. Air ventilation is provided through top vents to remove hot gases and fumes, maintaining a stable internal environment.

The control panel is mounted on the front side with switches and pilot indicator lamps for easy operation. The oven is supplied with standard stainless steel wire mesh trays.
