Description
The Labsphere Incubator Bacteriological (Memmert Type) is a high-performance laboratory incubator designed for precise temperature control and uniform air circulation. It is widely used in microbiological, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories for reliable incubation processes.
The unit features a double-walled construction that ensures excellent insulation and energy efficiency. The inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel (SS 304) for corrosion resistance and hygienic operation, while the outer chamber is constructed with Mild Steel (MS) with powder coating for durability and long-lasting performance. Glass wool insulation is provided between the walls to minimize heat loss.
The heating system uses high-grade nichrome wire elements and is controlled by a PID microprocessor controller with dual display, ensuring accurate temperature monitoring and stability. The incubator operates within a temperature range of Ambient +5°C to 60°C with ±0.5°C accuracy.
The heater placement (Memmert type) on the right and left sides of the inner chamber ensures uniform heating. A motorized blower system is included for consistent air circulation and temperature uniformity.
Additional features include top-side ventilation for removal of hot gases and fumes, front-mounted controls with switches and pilot lamps, and stainless steel wire mesh trays for efficient sample placement.
