The Labsphere Laminar Air Flow Cabinets Horizontal are designed to provide a clean and controlled environment for laboratory applications. These units operate as a horizontal laminar airflow system, ensuring contamination-free working conditions by directing filtered air horizontally across the work surface.

The cabinet is equipped with pre-filters having 90% efficiency for 10-micron particle removal, ensuring effective air filtration. A static pressure indicator with oil-filled manometer is provided to monitor internal pressure and airflow conditions.

The airflow velocity is maintained at 90 ± 20 feet per minute, ensuring uniform and stable airflow inside the chamber. The system uses balanced blowers with direct-driven FHP motor, along with variable speed control to adjust airflow based on filter loading.

For enhanced sterility, the unit includes UV germicidal tube for inner chamber sterilization. The chamber is also fitted with fluorescent tube lighting to ensure clear visibility during operation.

The cabinet maintains a noise level below 60 dB, providing a comfortable working environment. It operates on 220–230V AC, single-phase, 50 Hz, suitable for standard laboratory setups.

The working surface is made of satin-finish stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. A gas cock is provided for gas connections, and a D.O.P. test certificate is available at extra cost.
