The Labsphere Soxhlet Extraction Apparatus Heating Mantle Type is designed for efficient and controlled extraction processes in laboratory environments. It supports multiple flask capacities and configurations, making it suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, and research applications.

The unit is compatible with 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1000 ml (1 litre) flasks, and supports configurations of 3, 4, or 6 round-bottom flasks, allowing flexibility based on application requirements.

Temperature control is managed through a single regulator for overall control, along with individual regulators and on/off switches for each heating element, ensuring precise control of each position. Pilot lamps are provided to indicate the operation status of heating elements.

The construction includes a mild steel housing with powder-coated finish, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The unit is insulated with glass wool below heating elements to improve thermal efficiency.

It is equipped with two retort rods and a crossbar for supporting glassware and maintaining stability during operation. The unit operates on 230V, 50 Hz, single-phase power supply, making it suitable for standard laboratory setups.

Please note that the unit is supplied without glassware, clamps, and bossheads, and is available in various sizes to meet different laboratory requirements.
