Labsphere Oil Bath (Round) Argon Welded

The Labsphere Oil Bath (Round) Argon Welded is designed for accurate and uniform heating applications in laboratories and industrial environments. It features a double-walled construction that ensures efficient insulation and minimizes heat loss.

The outer body is made of mild steel with powder coating or stainless steel, while the inner body is constructed from Stainless Steel 304, providing durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Special glass wool insulation is provided between the walls to enhance thermal efficiency.

The heating system includes a special Teflon-coated oil heater made of SS 304, ensuring safe and efficient heating performance. The unit is controlled using a PID microprocessor temperature controller, allowing precise temperature control and monitoring.

The oil bath offers an accuracy of ±2°C and operates within a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C, making it suitable for various laboratory heating applications.
