Labsphere Microprocessor Based PH/EC/Multiparameter Meter

The Labsphere Microprocessor Based PH/EC/Multiparameter Meter is a high-precision laboratory instrument designed for accurate measurement of pH, conductivity, ORP, and temperature. It is widely used in laboratories, research facilities, pharmaceutical industries, and industrial applications.

PH Measurement

The instrument supports 1 to 5 point calibration, ensuring more accurate readings. It allows automatic calibration with 11 standard buffers or 5 user-defined buffers. The device measures pH within a range of 0.01 to 14.00, providing reliable and precise results.

It works with electrodes having any zero point (±999 mV) and supports ORP measurement. A 1 to 3 point calibration for ORP is also available for improved accuracy.

Resolution

The meter offers high precision with a resolution selectable from 0.1 mV to 1 mV, ensuring detailed measurement output.

Conductivity Measurement

The instrument measures conductivity from 0.01 µS/cm to 2000 mS/cm, requiring 3 electrodes (0.1, 1, and 10 cm⁻¹). It features automatic or manual temperature compensation, ensuring accurate readings under varying conditions.

The device can lock measurement range for better titration curves and supports automatic cell constant using 0.01, 0.1, or 1 M KCl, improving measurement accuracy. It also reduces errors from long cables and capacitance effects.

Temperature Measurement

The meter reads temperature with 0.1°C resolution, and the temperature probe can be calibrated, ensuring precise temperature readings.
