The Labsphere Hot Block (Dry Bath) is a high-performance digital thermal dry bath designed to overcome common laboratory challenges such as uneven heating, limited temperature range, and corrosion issues. Developed through extensive R&D and user feedback, it delivers reliable and maintenance-free performance.

Temperature & Performance

The unit operates within a temperature range of 5°C above ambient to 120°C, ensuring precise heating for laboratory applications. It provides uniform heating across the block, delivering consistent and reliable results with temperature uniformity of ±0.5°C and temperature stability of ±0.5°C.

The system ensures rapid heating, improving workflow efficiency and reducing processing time.

Design & Construction

The hot block is constructed using aluminum block material, offering excellent resistance to chemical spillage. It features a large, clear digital display for easy monitoring and operation.

The unit includes IP21 protection against condensation, enhancing durability and safety in laboratory environments.

Safety & Convenience

The system is equipped with safe temperature protection, ensuring risk-free operation. It offers variable parameter settings for user convenience and includes an autostart feature, which resumes operation automatically after power failure.

A lid is provided for heat preservation and protection, improving performance and efficiency.

• Hybrid Block: Holds 9×1.5/2, 20×0.5, 32×0.2/0.1 PCR tubes

• 15 Tube Block: Holds 12×15 tubes
• 1.5/2 Tube Block: Holds 28×1.5/2 tubes
• Bead Block: Suitable for 300 liquid and 1.5 kg beads
• Heating Block 28×2: For 10×75 mm round bottom tubes
