Labsphere Vacuum Oven (Rectangular)

The Labsphere Vacuum Oven (Rectangular) is designed for precise and uniform drying under vacuum conditions, making it ideal for laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. The unit features a double-walled construction, ensuring efficient insulation and minimal heat loss.

The inner chamber is made of stainless steel (SS 304 quality), while the outer chamber is constructed from mild steel sheet, pre-treated for rust-proofing and powder coated for enhanced durability. High-grade glass wool insulation is provided between chambers to maintain thermal efficiency.

Performance

The oven ensures uniform drying under vacuum conditions, suitable for moisture-sensitive materials. It operates within a temperature range of 50°C to 200°C with ±2°C accuracy. The unit is equipped with a vacuum gauge (analog display) with capacity up to 760 mm Hg, allowing accurate monitoring of vacuum levels.

Heating System

The vacuum chamber is wrapped with high-quality heating elements, ensuring quick and uniform heating throughout the chamber.

Door Design

The unit features a thick tempered toughened glass window for internal observation without disturbing the vacuum conditions. A silicon rubber gasket ensures perfect sealing, while proper door alignment enhances vacuum performance and safety. A positive screw mechanism is provided to tighten the lid for a secure seal.

Control System

The oven is equipped with a digital temperature indicator-cum-controller, ensuring accurate control and monitoring. The front control panel includes temperature controller, switches, and indicator lamps for easy operation. Vacuum control and relief valves are located on the front for convenient monitoring.

Additional Features

The unit is fitted with diaphragm valves and vacuum gauge for efficient operation. It operates on 230V AC, 50 Hz power supply and is supplied without vacuum pump.
