The Labsphere Vacuum Oven Rectangular (GMP Model) is a high-performance laboratory equipment designed for efficient drying under vacuum conditions. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, research, chemical, and industrial laboratories where controlled temperature and vacuum environment are essential.

The unit features a double-walled vacuum oven design, ensuring durability, safety, and high thermal efficiency. Both the inner chamber and outer body are made of thick Stainless Steel 304 quality, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long operational life. High-grade glass wool insulation is provided between chambers to minimize heat loss and maintain temperature stability.

Performance

The oven ensures uniform drying under vacuum conditions, making it suitable for moisture-sensitive materials. It operates within a temperature range of 50°C to 200°C with ±2°C accuracy, ensuring precise thermal control. The system includes a vacuum gauge (analog display) with a capacity of 760 mm Hg, allowing accurate monitoring of vacuum levels.

Heating System

The vacuum chamber is wrapped with high-quality heating elements, ensuring fast and uniform heating throughout the chamber. This design helps maintain consistent temperature distribution for reliable results.

Door Design

The unit is equipped with a thick tempered toughened glass window, allowing clear observation without disturbing internal conditions. A silicon rubber gasket ensures airtight sealing for effective vacuum retention. Proper door alignment enhances performance and safety, while a positive screw tightening mechanism ensures a perfect seal during operation.

Control System

The oven is controlled using a digital temperature indicator-cum-controller, providing accurate temperature monitoring and adjustment. The control panel is mounted on the front and includes temperature controller, switches, and indicator lamps for easy operation. Vacuum control and relief valves are also located on the front panel for convenient monitoring and control.

Additional Features

The unit is fitted with diaphragm valves and vacuum gauge for efficient operation. It operates on 230V AC, 50 Hz power supply, suitable for standard laboratory environments. Please note that the unit is supplied without vacuum pump.
