Description
The Labsphere Incubators Bacteriological (With Digital Controller & Air Circulation Fan) are designed for advanced laboratory applications requiring precise temperature control, uniform air circulation, and reliable performance. These incubators are widely used in microbiology, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories.
The unit is built with a double-walled construction to ensure efficient insulation and durability. The inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel (SS 304) for corrosion resistance and hygiene, while the outer chamber is constructed with Mild Steel (MS) and powder coating for long-lasting performance.
The heating system consists of high-grade chrome-plated nichrome wire elements, with heaters located at the bottom for uniform heat distribution. The system is controlled using a PID microprocessor controller with dual display, ensuring precise monitoring and control.
The incubator operates within a temperature range of Ambient +5°C to 60°C with ±0.5°C accuracy, making it suitable for sensitive laboratory processes. An air circulation fan with motor ensures even temperature distribution throughout the chamber.
Additional features include air ventilation on the top for removal of hot gases/fumes and front-mounted controls with switches and pilot indicator lamps for easy operation.
